Our History:
Papas Pizza opened in its current location in August 2008, after many, many years on Gulf Shores’ West Beach. We are now in the Pelican Place shopping center, next to Target. We are locally owned and operated, and even though the menu has changed over the years, one thing has stayed the same – the recipes we use for our dough and sauce. Papa’s has been using the same recipes since 1948.
Our Pizza:
Papa’s Pizza serves New York style thin crust pizza. Our dough is made from scratch daily, and our sauce is made with just the right amount of Italian herbs and spices that will make any pizza lover take notice. We use only the finest mozzarella that is fresh and never frozen. All of our produce is delivered daily to ensure the freshest quality possible.

We take great pride in our reputation and values. Pride in the operations of our restaurant. Pride in the quality of service we provide. As well as in the products and ingredients we serve every day. While our inviting atmosphere and great pizza have contributed to our success, we believe it is the dedication, hard work and passion displayed by our employees that make Papa’s Pizza a successful pizzeria, year after year.
